DR SHERWOOD AND DR PIA HAVE BEEN GREAT DOCTORS FOR ME IN MY TIME OF NEED AND CARE I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD .
Recently I had a terrible experience with a nurse named Leann from Dr. Voss office, off Warrenton Rd. The nurse condescendingly spoke to me; she was aggressive, Rude, and prideful. I felt demeaned and humiliated. I understand that nurses should be compassionate, and treat patients at least with dignity and respects without discrimination or prejudices
Avoid this hospital at all costs. All of the nurses I have come in contact with have horrible bedside manner and could care less if someone is having a serious medical issue. Staff members are EXTREMELY complacent.
Mary Washington hospital never ceases to amaze me with its incompetence in every single department. The latest? Set up a bill on a payment plan, have paid every single month like agreed, have 3 payments left and they sent it to collections. If you survive your stay in this hospital they will continue to make you miserable as long as you have any ties to them.
We waited in the emergency room for 5 hours even though we came in via ambulance !! UNREAL! The nurses were great -especially the travel nurse Caspertine-and after about a week the Drs were in sync. Bring LOTS of $$ if your visiting and want food. Be prepared too the food is sad. Here is a picture of my husbands PB&J but it was VERY sad-just a tint of jelly and a sheen of peanut butter. SAD! Overall👎
Don’t ever ever do Mary Washigton hospice!!! Especially in patient! They throw your loved one aside and let die like a dog dying in the street! Wait a dog prob gets treated better then in patient hospice! Has been and is the worst experience in our life! Very traumatic!! They need to re do their whole program and need more training
