the icu family waiting room is filthy. is this how you treat families who are worried and stressed out. i hope the patient rooms are better. we have been here all week and the only thing has been done is trash dumped until today and now its overflowing.
They took over our pediatricians office and billing and I have never had so may problems with billing in my life. I paid my bill, then started receiving “final notice letters”. Called spent hours getting it figured out and proving it was paid. They said it was all taken care of and promised I wouldnt hear about it again. Now I have a “termination of patient/physician relationship letter for not paying THE SAME BILL! Can’t get in touch the billing office. This is absurd!
Nursing staff, trauma surgery, diagnostics. i am grateful that I arrived at MWH when I did. You saved my life.

the staff in the regular part is great. but the emergency room is the worst I have been too. they are rude, they lie about the wait times. It is as though they don't care if you die in the waiting room. They have the most uncomfortable seating for you to wait hours to be seen.
Are you kidding me right now? I lost my little sister in this facility at the end of August 2018. Who in their right mind would think it’s acceptable to call the day after Christmas wanting to know who’s paying the hospital bill? Unreal.
Thank you to the nurses and doctors for working quickly and efficiently to get me out of the ER in time to see my KinderBabies before break began!
