Very cool calm and collected ?? We were first time seller at 70. She handled that situation perfectly. I thought house sold for a good price during that period of time. 3 + months we were closed. We all at times think our house is worth more but as explained the market will set the price. Very happy with Mary Malone!!??

Mary went from real estate agent to personal friend in the weeks that we worked with her. Mary was a HUGE help in us finding the perfect home for us. Mary did an exceptional job throughout the entire process. She was able to negotiate extremely well, making the process advantageous for me. She was thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. One specific example was her knowledge of water tests . Because of her knowledge she was able to negotiate a credit for me to install a water filter.
