Mary Malone made herself available whenever needed. She was always polite, patient, and effective. Mary gave excellent advice on how to best show and price the condo, when inspections were required, she offered suggestions on companies who were able to assist. I really don't know what I would have done without Mary Malone's assistance!

Mary was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and took the lead through the whole process. I never felt pushed, but I did feel completely supported. She had a great sense of urgency, and answered my questions quickly even on nights and holidays. I would strongly recommend working with her.

Mary is a wonderful agent, she has vast knowledge in the Real Estate arena. Very responsive and on point with her emails, text also phone calls. Mary handles tough negotiation questions and her timing for closing is impeccable. If Mary says your house is expected to close at a certain time frame she works towards getting that house closed on that date. Thank you Mary for your excellent service!!!

Mary's enthusiasm and professionalism won us over the first time we met her. She arranged photos and had our house on the market within days at a realistic price. We had multiple offers, and a buyer who waited patiently for months while we upgraded the failed septic system. Mary's relationship with the buyer's realtor was invaluable in reassuring us they were staying with the contract. We used her recommended lawyer, who also did a great job. We were more than happy with the results.
