Mary was very reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We told Mary what type of home we were looking, she knew exactly what types of homes to show us and where. She was always available to answer our questions and guide us through what we needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Mary Malone is a SOLID agent and person. She's professional, has a great sense of humor and is unbelievably responsive and is excellent at communication!! She was there for us every step of the way selling our place and responded to every single message promptly. Seriously impressed with her responsiveness. I would recommend Mary to anyone buying or selling. She made an intimidating and confusing process seem simple and she's right there with you through the entire process.

Mary was amazing! Not only did she sell our home very quickly, and she helped us find a perfect home for family. It wasn’t an easy find, and she dealt with all the issues with great patience and finesse. During the whole process, she’s not a “realtor”, she becomes your friend. If your looking for someone who invests her whole heart into your buying or selling experience, then you found her.

Mary was especially responsive and extremely helpful. I was out of state and any of the "extra's" I asked of her were always accommodated. She has a no nonsense approach which matches my personality and made for a great working relationship. The house was older and she guided me what to do and what was not needed to have the house ready for sale. Highly recommended.

Mary was very knowledgeable about the development in Clinton where our house was located. Recommended a very accurate and fair asking price which we received within $2,000. She was very helpful during the inspection and closing phase, recommending people to use when we needed them - e.g. a general contractor.
