We used Mary to sell our house 2 years ago when we got relocated. She did a great job selling our house so when we got relocated back, we decided to use her for our purchase. We were relocating from the west coast and had 5 days to look at every house that met our criteria. Mary was awesome and set everything up for us to see every single home that met our criteria in one trip. She worked very hard and kept working through her vacation to make. Marry was on top of every thing. every helpful and every knowledgeable. I would tell every one to use her .Marry will take you thought the hole process , and make the experience go easy for anyone. She's on top of the lawyer if you need her to be. As far as her advertising I don't think there is a stone she leaves unturned. If you call her Marry will get back to you , every quickly and will do her best to answer all your question for you .

I have already recommended Mary to two good friends who are selling houses in the same area. That should tell you all you need to know. We were first time sellers and Mary guided us through the process expertly and offered nothing but the best advice at every turn. We do not live in the area, which required Mary to provide extra services and be super responsive and timely with communication, and she was 100% on all counts. We got a good offer in 6 days and closed without a hitch.
