I highly recommend using Mary as a realtor. My experience was specifically in selling my home. She's honest, professional, committed and an excellent communicator. She's also very solutions oriented and was able to offer solid contacts for repairs stemming from inspection and assist with the township requirements of getting necessary documents to close. Look forward to using again for purchase of next property.

She was on top of everything, emailing me daily with updated home that just went on the market. Showed up on time to everything and if she was running late would let you know via text or call. Helpful with first time home buyers and explaining things thoroughly. Would recommend her to anybody I know

When we sold our 1st home and proceeded to purchase our 2nd, we contact Mary and not one regret or moment of disappointment. She was able to sell our home in 3 months, temporarily relocate us into a rental and then, sooner then expected, found us our forever home. This took place all within 6 months and I cannot say enough about how smooth and stress free this all was.

Mary was the Selling Agent of the home that was sold in 2015. As far as agents go I would highly recommend her on a buy or sell . Professionalism comes natural and Mary is very energetic, knowledgeable, & cheerful. I had a few conversations reguarding things during the process and She was helpful in those matters. It can be trying times as most people know , It really helped having Mary Denvir Malone in my corner. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending her, She is a First Class Realtor !

Mary just sold our home and we couldn't be happier. Right from the start, Mary helped us with prepping the house to make it show-ready. She referred her personal house cleaner to us, and even offered to skip her own home being cleaned so that we could get her in quick!
