The knowledge and technical expertise of the Martins team is exceptional and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their customer service has also been first class with any queries promptly answered and our initial installation and further upgrade visits over the years have always been dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally by the home visit team.

I recently purchased a Rega P3 RS from Martins and I couldn’t be any happier. First class service, knowledgeable, very accommodating and I get the feeling they would be the same whether you’re spending thousands on a new setup or £30 on a new drive belt. Chris was super helpful and a credit to Martins (as are all the team there). Very happy customer

Excellent advice by Marcus led to my purchase. I was given options and time to consider, without feeling under pressure. Once bought, the system was set up to perfection by Kevin from Martins. Nothing appeared too much trouble, and care and attention was also given to components of my hi fi that I had not actually bought from them, but which were to be operable in conjunction with what I had bought. I would not hesitate to buy from Martins Hi-Fi again. Highly recommended.
