I’ve been a customer of Martins for some years and couldn’t be more impressed with their consistently outstanding service. There’s a genuinely “old-fashioned” professionalism here—courteous, helpful, and always welcoming. I have recently bought a Linn DSM and turntable. Chris Brown was exceptional throughout. His patience, expertise, and care during the home installation were truly first-class. I highly recommend Martins—they fully deserve five stars.

I recently upgraded my system with Quad 2812X speakers and REL T/9X subs. It sound superb! Enormous thanks to Martins for advice and support throughout. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful.

A superb find in Norwich. Firsr class service from a very knowledgable and experienced team. If quality audio is your thing, do not pass by Martins without calling in!

I've recently bought a Rega Planar 3 RS in store. The customer service was perfect all round! I had the pleasure of listening to a vinyl or two in their listening room at the back, and it was beautiful. The lads in the store are very knowledgeable and have genuine interest and passion for audio. Huge, massive thanks to Chris for all his help and patience!!!!
