Never open. No one answers the phone. No one replies to emails. Turned up 3 times in 7 days to find the premises closed and in darkness. Awful customer service. Left several voice messages and when I did get a response the person was rude, flakey and unprofessional
Reasonable salon so three stars, but certainly nothing in comparison to what it was in its prime, which was my reason for visiting. Premium price so expected a premium service. Staff come across a little unfriendly and rather unwelcoming so would not return or recommend unfortunately. It's a shame as had high hopes.
Lovely service and decent prices for piercings.
