I went to a few jewellers in and around the Woodford/Loughton area while looking for a place to create an engagement ring and this place was head and shoulders above. Sam guided us through the process, listened to our requirements and kept us updated throughout. He did such a good job we went back for our wedding bands. I can't recommend this place enough.
