Wonderful shop with brilliant staff. I have used this shop for quite a number of years and can't rate them highly enough. They are my first port of call for all things jewellery related - even though they're not on my doorstep. All the staff, especially Andrew and Michael, are very polite, very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I have had a very positive experience with this shop having been back and forth several times over the past few months - for both jewellery valuation and repair. The customer service has been excellent and the costs very reasonable. I have found the staff to be genuine, helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.

Went looking for a gift, and bought one ,,after a few years we decided that it was not the best item my Mrs wanted so decided to trade it in WHAT A SHOCK !!! this item cost £79.99. and another jeweller weighed it at £7.25 and said we would have sold thius brand new for no more than £30, DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF MERCHANT ! Cannot give NO stars but would if i could !!!!!
