Saturday morning and behind about 10 others. Waited an hour and paid way below retail.
Wish I could rate no stars. You call these jokers to make sure they have what you want, they tell you they have it,so you rent a trailer and drive an hour then wait an hour only to be told they can't find the part that they just told you they have. Waste of time money and gas. Will not shop there ever again.
very rude to customers and they don't explain their policy when it comes to core deposits didn't tell me i had to have core they gave me a price out the door i drive two and a half hour one way they charge me a core i return in in ten days and they wouldn't give me my core money back said they had to mail a check to me they got paid for the part and core the day i picked the part up i had to wait for my core at least for three weeks this is wrong i know my husband and i has a salvage yard been here for thirty six years and i... read more
I was told that they had a "GRADE A" grille for my '98 Bonneville. I was told that it was in wonderful shape and that there was nothing broken on it. $51.95 later and they send me a worthless grille that in no way can ever be mounted on mine or any other vehicle. I have called about it and was told the "manager" would call me right back. No call back. I emailed and no reply. Biggest idiots on the planet. Wont even try to earn a customer. I wanted to see a part before I bought it could they do that??? NOPE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
