They offered me $300 over the phone and paid $250 when I got there. I told them about the conversation and they denied even though I had it recorded(I save all calls). They point to a sign and say our signs supersede our conversations. I have the recording posted to my page if you want to check it out. Not trust worthy.
absolutely terrible service I drive 2 hours to pick up a bumper, that they claimed they had 4 of, to sit and wait 4 hrs for them to tell me they don't even have the car. The lady up front was more worried about what was for lunch than servicing the customers. Very poorly managed. will not go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else
Worst people that won’t give you an honest answer and says they do thing by the book but they don’t even know what the book says. I will never recommend there services to anyone.

make sure the parts you get are the right parts and that they do test what they can takes hours to get parts from this place beware!!!!
Wait!!wait! So they have a sign that they blame your wait on the economy and people not wanting to work due to entitlements! You wanna sell your prices at the top of the market but wanna pay at the bottom! Get it together! So I waited 2 hrs for it to be pulled and I asked to come back tomorrow because I was tired of waiting! He told me if I want the part I have to set and wait would not let me pay and pick up said he was gonna stop it from being pulled

I don't recommend anyone go there ever!!! Waited 3.5 hours while being told consistently "it'll be a hour" & " your next". BS!!! part not as described, gave a discount, buying their parts on internet don't work, I was told I don't know how to use the internet.... what a joke! nice sign but I think I all the lazy ones work there!!
I ordered some doors and went to pick them up they couldn't find the car... I ordered them offline and paid for them with PayPal, and they said they would refund my money at the end of the business day and that was over a week ago, and I am still eaiitng for my 215.00 to get refunded that I really need, I have a family and between jobs... I'll never deal with this place again waste of time
