Wrote a complaint to the company and they have a notice on their site takes up to 1 week to reply shows what they think of their customers. RUDE, I MANNERED JERKS WORKING THERE when i ask to speak to someone in charge was told there was no one IN CHARGE. And it shows Perry D
If you just walk in and ask for a part, pack a lunch and be prepared to wait a long time. I order my parts from their website and pay online. Get an email when ready for pickup the next day. The pricing is excellent. I saved $120 off retail for a taillight. Walked in and my parts were right there, ready to go. Well worth the 90 minute drive.
Don't come here. Waited for 2 hours so far for a roof rack and I'm still waiting. Employees just stand around and bs with each other with a lobby full of people waiting for parts for hours.
Very helpful and items I purchased for a 1991 Celica were very reasonably priced. It's controlled chaos in there and was very busy and the employees did a great job!
The people were very polite knew there stuff..only problem was the wait 3 1/2 hours butt I saved over a hundred bucks so over all thumbs up.
This is the most unprofessional business vendor group you will ever want to deal with. They try to rip you off by each person telling you a different quote even when you already have a quote from one person and that individual like Tim will never pass the phone to the other guy that you have spoken to earlier, and when you eventually get your right customer rep, he tells you 'oh it's my fault and bla bla bla' like Beau, yet insisting on the new quote rather than the quote he gave earlier. All of the representatives I have had to deal with were very rude and difficult to get along with. I asked for my tracking number because my package is missing and the rep asked why I need it since it was delivered and treated me like I was the idiot. He then hung up on me while I waited for the tracking to go through on UPS's website. I wanted to check with him on the phone because the first rep I spoke with gave me the wrong number.
Was the only place that had the part I needed it was worth the wait
I was there yesterday. I needed a door for my 05 TrailBlazer. Looked online and said they had a perfect door and same exact color. I called them, they said they had it. I drove 2 hours to get there. They took me back to look at the part and make sure it's what I wanted. They brought me back out then went back to get my part. I paid the guy and I was on my way.
