Great prices but we was there forever just for a power steering pump and the guy looked for 30 mins then came in idk how many times for grrrrr but thanks for saving me $$$$$
This is a poor business. You give them a check for the part and they take it out of your account the next business day. But you return product and have to wait for a check to come through the mail and a week an half goes by and no check yet? I thought pony express was out a long time ago, guess not for this company. Just very bad service
Guys at front desk are rude, and quite frankly shitty attitudes and parking sucks!
It was Saturday morning...they were packed so we waited longer than I Like BUT the part was good and the price was right. As for customer service well they were slammed and you need to have a sense of humor....they we pretty decent. I would drive the 2 1/2 hours again for the deal.

Horrible customer service. Their website states they pay $400 for all vehicles and when he gets there they say all they will do is $300. False advertisement, a reputable company would've honored their website price since it was clearly THEIR fault.
