They lie and they give you horrible service just down right a horrible place to go
We drove 70 miles one way to buy a part they had listed on their website. When we arrived they said we had to sit in their parking lot for an hour until they can pull the part. My daughter-in-law & grandson was with us and we told them we can't sit & wait for an hour. We gave them a deposit to hold the part and left to find lunch and a restroom. Upon returning an hour later, they inform us they don't have the part we need. They wasted our whole afternoon.

hire an entire new staff they're lazy and rude and maybe pay what they say they're going to for scrap
5.5 hours to sit and wait on 4 parts.....5.5 hours! my husband watched about 20 employees stand around doing nothing, no one ever kept him updated, after 4 hours he asked what the hold up was since no one bothered to offer up any information, and at the 5.5 hour mark...let him know they didnt have a part he needed....I have tried to call TWICE to find out what in the world is going on there and why the dont have ANY customer service what so ever....and got hung up on....TWICE. what a sorry way to run a business!
Was communicating with this place for a week or so about a transmission. They said they had it out and ready. So I sent an employee up from Cincinnati once we had the core out. The transmission and transfer case were still on the truck had the employee sitting there for four hoursand change waiting. Then their check reader couldn't read a check the lady on the phone said it works 2 out of 10 times. So I had to pay with my personal card and pay for four hours of downtime.
