Drove two hrs for a hood and front bumper... I waited an hour and a half just to look at it and still didn’t see it! Guy seated next to me said he had waited up to five hours. This place totally wasted a half a day of my life.. I won’t go back.
Had my parts I needed. Had them loaded with n my truck in 30 min
beyond pathetic, over 2 hours wait and finally left without the part. The worst business to business experience in my life
Been here over 3 hours and still no part, seems like the don't have any yard techs, I understand it's first come first serve but I've seen people come after me and leave before me, maybe they started the process yesterday.
My husband called about a gas tank at 1120am this morning for his 1996 Honda civic ex. They told him they had one and it'd be $40..my husband and my dad headed to Circleville to get the part... Left Vinton County at 1145am and got home about 4....no part. Waited over 2 hours at Marshall's only to be told there was an error and the part was no longer there. Wasted half a day and a bunch of gas for nothing! Are there no reputable, reliable, proud of my company salvage yards anymore?!?!
