Love Dr. Sack and his staff. Dr. Amy is amazing as well. I always feel comfortable with both doctors and they seem to listen very well. They also are open to life style changes before medications.
I have been seeing him and his practice for a few years now. He came recommended by a friend for psychiatry treatment. It is unusual to have a physician who practices in two completely separate fields, internal medicine and psychiatry. His wait times tend to be crazy. If you're waiting for telemedicine, you can expect to wait about three hours after your scheduled appointment. I guess one wouldn't mind the wait if he wer good. But still, that's a long wait time. I had been in person to his practice a handful of times; the wa... read more
Excellent doctors and wonderful staff!
You will literally sit in the waiting room for at least 5 hours, no less, to see the doctor. Yu may spend roughly 20 min with your actual doc. Your only day wil be spent just trying to see him. Highly advise to seak treatment some where else.
While Dr. Sack is pleasant enough, the front office is abysmal. Arriving on time for an appointment means waiting anywhere from two to four hours (not an exaggeration) for 10 minutes of actual consultation. Appointments are weeks in advance and there is absolutely ZERO accommodation if you are ill and need to see a doctor the same day or even within a few days; even telemedicine is several days out. Will tell you to come in every few months then you cant see him when you are actually sick.
Had an appointment at 1030. Took over 3 hours to refill a prescription and get minor blood work. Listening to the staff eat their lunch as I sat waiting in the room for over 3 hours. I had to remind them to get a urine sample for a routine test.
I have been going to, Dr. Sacks, since 2001. He is an attentive listener, and very empathetic. I do agree with other patients the wait time is too much, but I would rather have that and have a Dr. that listens to you, rather than an assembly line situation
Been here multiple times. Wait time is 1 hour minimum and up to 3 hours at times, even with a scheduled appointment. If your time is precious like mine is, look elsewhere for a doctor.
I would strongly encourage Dr Sack to do a sincere self reflection on his courtesy for patients whether it be thee time, opinions, beliefs and history. Dr Sack is convinced he is an expert on subjects he knows very little about and he is quick to form a judgement and was rude with me when I explained my experiences. I would strongly encourage discernment before selecting Dr Sack as your physician. He seems to be more concerned with drug distribution than any other area of his practice.
