PLEASE BE AWARE THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED Travelled over 400 miles yesterday with a small baby to find this hotel closed. According to reviews and chat with the locals, the owners shut up quickly several months ago and those with bookings have not been notified. We booked via Booking.com and infuriatingly they are still taking bookings despite being informed of the closure by other guests before us. We were stranded on the hottest day of the year, far from home with a small baby. It has been hell.
This establishment is closed. Do not make a booking! My wife, baby and I travelled down from Scotland yesterday morning to find that on our arrival, the property had been shut down for at least 3 months. This was confirmed not only by the fact the contact number provided had been deactivated but also verbally by the owner of the property next door. I booked a room for nights months ago and arrived to find that the hotel was closed. No word in advance, no money back. Had to find another accommodation last minute.
Cancelled our booking and then relisted the rooms for more.
