I will never heal from the mental damage that I was caused from the security guards harming me last year and just again yesterday. The Same two guards. I just went with my kids this morning to UMASS-Memorial Marlboro hospital for their testing-\-\fyi now everyone is to go to the Middle School (which is right down the street) and there are parking attendants telling you where to go as soon as you pull in. They let 10 cars at a time go up to the hospital, register via your cell phone, do the test, pass it in (through a window where they double check your registration). The time seems to vary. Less wait time More professional Staff at all levels Assume at least a little bit of professionalism, accountability and responsibility... Stop the excuses and blatant lying about your poorly run facility and security Should I mention your security officers using hate speech and threatening disabled people coming out of your ER???

My husband has been receiving his IVIG treatments here for several months. We are very pleased with the staff and atmosphere here. We always feel welcomed and the nursing staff are amazing.
I, a senior Caucasian woman, was harassed by hospital employees for 30 minutes in the cafeteria (they sat behind me immediately + made harassing noises), then harassed me by knocking on the bathroom door immediately after I entered it, then from a big truck outside. You're abusers.
