Very bad customer service.I pludged the gold there but without my concern they sold out the item.
Called in today with a very strange request of an empty necklace box for a gift I’d bought elsewhere. Mark had the exact box that I needed and offered it to me for a joke price of £50.00. After taking my money out to pay the man, he generously gave me the box and offered it to me free of charge. It pays to be nice! What a kind man!
