Dr. Herring examined my injured knee and explained everything and what to do for it to heal without surgery. I’ve had two shoulder surgeries by him for rotator cuff - he is an excellent surgeon and comes highly recommended. Both of my shoulders are fine now.
was a follow up visit and took the time to chat thru thoughts and concerns one on one one. Every appt i have had with him has been good and would highly recommend.
Dr. Herring takes his time answering all my questions and concerns, I never feel like I'm being rushed out of his office. He makes sure I know exactly what is going on and if I'm concerned about something he explains it to me.

Dr. Herring is very thorough and compassionate. He takes the time to help you understand the cause of your condition/injury (if known), what your options are, and recommendations moving forward and is very patient when you ask him a ton of questions.
My encounters with Dr. Herring have been good so far. This is my second encounter with him dealing with rotator cuff. My repair surgery went well; but my recovery has been longer than expected. During my post-op visits Dr Herring has listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He notices my progression or stagnation and takes action. I also think (don’t know for sure) he actively reads my physical therapist’s notes based on our interactions.
