Got in to see the doc quickly and was very happy with everything!
I don't think Dr. Herring spent a total of 6 minutes with me. He sent me away without a plan of healing that I agreed with and scheduled my follow up with a PA, unbeknownst to me. I did not feel taken seriously.
He and his team provide excellent care. He is an outstanding surgeon, and I feel did a great job- my shoulder was very damaged so was really worried if it would be good again. From the first phone call to the last post visit I felt well cared for. I drive 1.5 hours to come to this practice!
Dr. Herring explained both my shoulder issues. He developed a plan with me. As a retired nurse the joint planning is essential.
Took everything into consideration. He knows his stuff.
i had a MAJOR shoulder surgery. 2 tendons torn completely in two, and a torn bicep tendon that had to be completely redone. But i can now tell 6.5 months post surgery that i am going to be good. my shoulder now feels SOLID!! I’ve seen Dr Herring in action several times for shoulder and knee issues for my husband and myself. He’s incredibly smart, really knows his stuff, and on top of that is always so patient and kind. I’ve had lots of questions and he’s always answered in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time or was rushed in any way. Dr. Herring listens to me and helps me with a game plan to get better. More movement less pain.
Dr. Herring was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained issues and treatment in a way I could understand. His staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
