Verified Renter Mariner's Crossing is definitely my new home away from home! Having moved to Raleigh from Michigan last year-I was searching for a place where I could feel safe with a genuine sense of community. I have found that here and I look forward to coming home everyday after a long hard day at work teaching fifth graders. I appreciate the wonderful people that I have met here who are now like an extended family and look forward to continuing to live here in this beautiful, well-managed space!

Verified Renter I only been living here for 2 years and within those 2 years I can see the decline in Mariners Crossing. Even my guests notice how unkempt the grounds the parking areas the breezeway is not kept at all.

Verified Renter Edie was who sold me on Mariner’s Crossing, and I’m so happy she did. The location is central to so many areas, food, and shopping, and the apartment complex itself is well maintained and outwardly appealing with many trees and greenery. The interior has obviously had well executed updates to cabinetry, flooring, and appliances, and the square footage of even the one bedroom is fantastic for the price, given the area.
