Verified Renter Mariners Crossing is a wonderful place to call home. I love the unit that I moved into. The kitchen is my favorite place to be. So big and plenty of storage. My neighbors are friendly. I can’t wait till the pool opens.

Verified Renter I like the community overall and it needs improvement with people leaving trash everywhere and smoking weed everywhere. It’s the first thing you smell walking up the stairs to your apartment. Front door trash service needs to be eliminated.
Verified Renter I think the quality of the apartments has taken a hit. They are not well maintained and as a long time resident who has always paid on time my apartment is dated and I can't even get my carpet cleaned or my dingy shower and bathtub resurfaced. The building exterior has been patched up a few times but by cheap contractors who don't do quality work. The back decks against the woods take a beating from the elements and the untreated wood they use and the lack of regular power washing and maintenance. You would t... read more

Having moved to Raleigh from Michigan last year-I was searching for a place where I could feel safe with a genuine sense of community. I have found that here and I look forward to coming home everyday after a long hard day at work teaching fifth graders. I appreciate the wonderful people that I have met here who are now like an extended family and look forward to continuing to live here in this beautiful, well-managed space!

Verified Renter I only been living here for 2 years and within those 2 years I can see the decline in Mariners Crossing. Even my guests notice how unkempt the grounds the parking areas the breezeway is not kept at all.
