Just TWO DAYS ago, I purchased a bag. The item is completely unused, still has its tags attached, and I have the receipt. When I went back to request an exchange or refund, a staff member named Becky refused without offering any solution, simply saying “those are the rules.” I would especially like to point out that in the section where I purchased the bags, there was absolutely no warning, notice, or label stating that “bags cannot be returned,” “no exchanges are allowed,” or “items cannot be exchanged for another product.”... read more
