I came here last week, although the atmosphere here is very nice, the staff's behavior is not good, I don't want to come here again, I hope you don't come here either.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY; PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I had booked my accommodation in June advance of a trip to Birmingham in the last week of July and it was one where I could not cancel and the full cost was deducted from my bank immediately after my booking. Few days close to my trip, the owner then wrote a message saying they have to cancel my accommodation because "there is a problem with the room" (what a vague statement).
