I was charged several fees that I was unaware of. Fee one... Will-call fee $8.99 This fee is for actually calling and ordering propane instead of ordering online. Fee 2... Paper invoice fee $2.99 this fee is for Amerigas mailing their invoice to my home. The other fees are HazMat $ 9.99, Fuel recover fee 2.99 and of course State tax and County tax. With all these absurd hidden fees save you money and buy from another company' A one star is generous!

They took my personally owned tank and dont have a record of it called multiple times told them i have surveillance footage state police will be my next ph call

Very poor customer service. They rejected my online order and no one knows who did it and why. They didn’t even care to inform us about it so we can work on it. Someone said she proceeded with the new order when I called but 10 days later nothing had happened. I just called and same answer. What kind of business is that when you have a big name? No one wants to take an accountability. This is what you get even after paying the high price for their product and no one can tell them anything ? This is not the third world countr... read more

Hello, not happy AmeriGas is double the price . I have under ground tank 27 years old. They wont sell the tank . Keep on voiding! me when I try to get a answer. Been a good customer for 23 years . they could have been a lot better company in my eyes .I might have to dig it up. Thanks AmeriGas Jerry R

Total NIGHTMARE. In May we were totally out of gas, they could not schedule a refill. I paid to get their tank removed. They FALSIFIED my account by adding charges saying I purchased the tank. Told Amerigas to get their tank sitting on my front lawn. Over two months later - and over 50 phone calls and 20 emails. It is still there. An eyesore and I cannot mow my yard. Horrible service from day one. I am constantly being billed for services not received. I cannot get a customer service rep., that I can communicate with to call me back. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I AM.

If I coul this would be 0 stars. The lack delivery and communications with their clients. Never deliver when you have multiple tanks. Always one or the other is ignored. Don't use them. You'll have nothing but aggravation.

Worst company to deal with! Hard time understanding their so call reps. I'm on a budget plan of 57.00 per month. They now changed it 91.00. No problem but now they added 187.00 for rental charge of tanks. I don't live there and only use it occasionally. They refuse to do anything but said "just pay it". Unbelievable how a company is still in business.

One star is being very generous. If I could give zero stars, I would. When I purchased my home the previous owner and the real estate agents told me the LP tank came with the property. AmeriGas kept sending me bills for tank renal. So, I called customer support and they told me to send an email with documents and agent contact info. I did, but never received a reply even after sending multiple emails. AmeriGas's customer support is a complete joke.
