If I could give negative 0 stars I would. Absolute WORST SERVICE in history out of any company I've dealt with and they don't give a sh!t!!! How are they still in business?! I'll be contacting the BBB after I submit this review as well. We just went 3 days w/ NO PROPANE in our 500 gal tank!!! We had NO HEAT, NO OVEN, NO STOVE in our home for 3 days it was absolutely freezing, how is this even effin legal?? ON 12-16-21 i paid $295.71 to have my tank filled before Christmas! i called the company on the 12-23-21 and was told my gas would be delivered by end of day not so!!i called them every day and got the same answer you will have your gas by end of day again not so!! i also told them that i had Pneumonia for the last 2 weeks and they said they would put me on priority delivery but they still did not show up!! i called back again and was put on Emergency status and still no gas!! no one could tell me why this was taking so long... read more

Scheduled an emergency fill with a rather nice guy on the phone. They assured us that the company was aware of the situation and we're top on the list.... 4 days later... No heat, no hot water, no stove, no oven and they still haven't showed. It's now in the single digits at night and freezing. We aren't expecting to get anything filled anytime soon and are looking to IMMEDIATELY switch providers. This is the experience as a first time customer.

Despicable company. Obtained a tank from a self-service kiosk at a Wawa. Second time I went to use it, I notice gas leaking from the valve when I opened the tank. Sent Amerigas an email immediately, and they then decided to phone me at 12:30 in the morning. After I hadn't answered, because I was sleeping, the responded to my initial email. Their response wasn't clear, so I've now sent 5 emails to them trying to get clarification, and they refuse to respond. America's took over ******** ******* (a company I had been with approximately 12 years). Last year I called AmeriGas repeatedly over a series of months to have my tank filled. No one ever answered nor did they return my calls. They did, however, send me a bill for the tank rental...empty tank I might add. I once again called to have the matter resolved. I have been disputing my propane bill since April ‘21. No returned call EVER from whomever customer service says will call. CS is in the Phillipines and they have no means to escalate to a manager or other department. I finally was worn down and dealt with the collection agency where I settled to pay 75% of the bill - and I still calculate they owe me at least $400. Back in April 2021, I agreed to the contract to purchase 2-120 gallons from Amerigas. The contract was prepared by an Amerigas sales person and sent to me for review. Then come installation day, I offered to hand them a check, in full amount after they were done with installation. I was told the office will send out an invoice. So, I waited and two days later, I received the invoice and when I opened it, I see the the amount is only for propane, parts, and labor. I have nothing but issues from begining with this company. I am in a rental house with a 75 gallon tank used only for the cook stove. we have purchased gas twice in 2 years which was an ordeal. first year was told had to order a 100 gallon minimum, impossible with a 75 gallon tank. took months to get refund. fast forward to year two ordered again explaining tank at 30 % would only need small amount to fill again was argued with about the size of the tank. issued another refund because had to pay up front for more than the ta... read more

NEVER use AMERIGAS PROPANE 3TMES AMOUNTS TOTAL price Gauging. Than to your contract then they add $150 charge for no reason whatsoever they just PRICE GOUGING and add CHARGES for any reason they want THEY SEND YOU TO CREDIT reports DO NOT USE this company EVER
