This company is a joke. I am held hostage by the fact that I have their tank buried in my yard. I ordered propane in January and they promised delivery by Feb 2. I’m still waiting and it’s Feb 11! I’ve called their useless call center four times and speak to people in another country who have no idea what is going on. They should have an option to give negative stars. Because I would give them a negative 5 star. POOR SERVICE. They do not deliver when they say they will. Two months in a row we did not get our gas when they said they would. Looking for a new company.

Absolutely the worst company ever! Over priced , poor customer service, slow delivery and pick up. Would never do business with them again!!!

My 88 year old mother is on auto delivery, AmeriGas forgot to come. She ran out of propane 36 hours ago. She lives in upstate NY and has not had heat. We have made several calls only to be told that delivery cannot happen for another 24 - 48 hours. Absolute worst company to do business with.

This is the absolute worse business on all levels I have EVER dealt with, Amerigas greensburg serves my area, this has been going on a while, I had to get in touch with corporate to get a delivery they referred me to the manager in the area and he was able to get me delivery but I had to contact him directly every time I needed an order because the office would not. We have been out of gas for 4 days! We have called every day and called before when we were getting low on gas. We have been on a plan where they would come and fill our gas tank without calling. We have been with this company for over 30 years and NEVER had this issue. I am terribly disappointed in this company and am looking for another gas company to do business with....This is ridiculous!!

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!! After multiple issues with getting my tank fixed and then filled I was billed for a different amount than I was quoted. When it came time to re-fill my tank I was told it would be a few days until they made it our but two weeks later I cancelled the re-fill because I ran out of gas!! I ended up going with a different propane company and was told the old tank would be picked up within 30days. 6 months later the tank is still sitting on my property so I decided to call and re... read more

After receiving less than acceptable service, I decided to cancel my account with Amerigas after 9 years. I was charged the annual $108.63. tank rental and requested it to be picked up. After 5 phone calls to a calling center overseas, I finally received a partial refund by check - 2 months later! 'Have been on the phone today more than 30 minutes each time (2 times) to get the balance owed me. No local office anymore. All calls to a local number go to overseas call center.
