Was worried about buying my first new build home as i've heard nothing but horror stories about them, was delighted when we bought a plot at their Burton site, The Sidings. We've been in now for 6 months and had little to no problems. Warren, the site manager, has been nothing but helpful from day 1, give that man a pay rise. Super helpful and friendly. These guys really go above and beyond to help out where they can, much better than some of the stories i've heard from bigger new build corporations.
