I like the fact that Saturday is first come first served in the service department. I enjoy the early morning hours. It's no hardship to be there early on a Saturday morning. I have the work done and I can continue with my day. I hope to have my Focus for and long time, and I plan on continuing having my work done at Maplecrest.
Salespeople are very friendly & patient. Service people the same. Always helpful & willing to do all they can. It's taken for granted that you need to spend a few hours when buying or getting service but that's because they are so good they're very busy, but well worth the wait.
They do care about my car, and me.
I would definitely recommend Maplecrest's Service Department. Recently my 2015 Mustang was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I easily scheduled my appointment online for a time that was convenient to me and I was in and out in less than an hour. My Service Advisor, Anthony George was knowledgeable and respectful of my time. I also got a complete inspection report in writing with the updated status of my Mustang's key safety and maintenance items. Definitely recommend. Thanks!
