I have always found the service department, with a special 'shout out' to John Davis. He has always been a calming voice, a listening ear and thorough in all that he does.
Go see Pat for any of your needs in the service department. Some of the best customer service I've ever had hands down from him and this place in general.
The sales person, Gary was great, very easy to deal with. The easiest car buying I ever did. He spend one hour or more going over every aspect of the car and all of it's operating controls. On the Lincoln Nautilus there were many electronic devices to go through and he was well versed in how they work and how to program them... Thanks again for the great service Gary... Love the car, my new toy!!!
So I leased a 2019 Ford Escape in April and I am having so many problems with it. I think there is an electrical problem with the car yet the service member who I am assigned to (Bill) does not return my calls and I am still having trouble. When I did take the car in for service Bill said that the things I complained about were either corrected or the service team did not find anything wrong yet my AC is still blowing warm air and my touchscreen and voice command works when it wants to. I am really regretful for even trying to purchase a vehicle from maple crest ford. They are all Shysters from beginning the end. Sales to finance. They are not Reputable. Be very cautious

Just purchased a new 2020 Explorer today and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. i worked with Harold and I didn't get any of the games or gimmicks (let me go check with my manager) that people have come to expect from car dealers. it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted beforehand but I have no complaints about my experience. Besides that, the car is a gem.
