they lie constantly, then tell you a car is yours and to come pick it up ,,to only get there and be told someone else bought it , they run your credit multiple times(in my case 12 times) then tell you the only car they have for you is a car nearly 20 years old that would be lucky to make it 10 miles
RecommendedHubby just purchased a preowned Lincoln MKX. Our sales representative (Benjamin Rosario) is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of the sale and always available to answer questions after the sale. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new/user/preowned car to contact him.
I have always had a great experience but my last visit 8/28/2020 was horrible.. the service manager was very unprofessional and didn’t care to explain things in details to me.. it took another service employee to better explain things to me. I felt that I was being ripped of by the service manager because he told me that it will cost me over $1000 to fix my break and also made it seem that was the only option I had...
