I want to thank Charlie Betzel and the Maplecrest Team, over the past month I purchased our 2016 Focus off lease, leased a new 2019 Edge after returning our 2017 Escape and traded in my 2012 F150 and leased a new 2019 F150. We have used Charlie for many years and he makes it so easy!
Service is impeccable I can’t say the same about the sales department experience that I had But every time i bring my car for service It’s definitely a 5 star and I far from there but worth it .
