Sent countless emails to maplecrestfordlincoln@meetauto.com (Melissa) who was emailing me, if I was still interested in a car. No responses. Gave my cell to text with, since I am 1:45min away. I wanted to work on a deal for an 06 Nissan Pathfinder. I even had Jose a sales rep call me Thursday 11/15/18. Left him a voice mail to call me back. No call back. I guess they don’t want my business.
Watch out for bait and switch. And they did this to a wounded vet. Deceitful sales and 3 calls to us and then a fourth. "I will save the car you over the weekend, come quickly, it won't last, it's only 999.00!" But upon arrival it was suddenly $9999.00. And only days before they were thanking vets on Veterans Day! What an insult! And Maplecrest, don't even comment on this saying We are so sorry, our customers are our first priority!
Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. They are awful. They don't even. understand the products they sell. Workers just standing around chatting and doing nothing. I am 5 days away from my temp plates expiring. I called and they seemed to have no idea or care about it. They did have the lowest price but incompetence makes up that difference. I will be contacting Ford once my business with this mess of a dealership is concluded. Ford should be ashamed having their name on the building!
