I want to thank Ford for not backing up their product! My issue with their bad transmission for their Ford 2013 Escapes is now my problem to fix. I think I will trade this piece of SH!T Ford Escape for a used Toyota RAV 4 instead and rather than fix a problem that was created by Ford .SAVE YOUR MONEY BY JAPANESE CARS Instead!

Frankly I went to Liccardi first. One salesperson had no clue - the other yes'd me to death but never contacted me.
