Horrible service experience. They open at 7am on Saturdays , I was there at 7:05 didn't leave until 10:45 for a simple oil change. Need better time management fir services being rendered.
I'm really disappointed in your service. The driver that took me home is not very good at driving. Maybe his value is in other areas. This car, my Ford Fusion is a POS. I really don't want it back. You rebuilt the transmission and it's stuck in neutral. And I was telling my son to go there to buy a car. � glad this happened before he went. Anyway I have to work tonight and don't have a car. The fact that you don't have loaners should tell you something about your service. Peace and blessings.
Bought my 2015 explorer sport from this dealership. Service is terrible. I came in at 7am to get an estimate on the work at noon! 5 hours to get an estimate! Unacceptable! In the meantime you have sales guys in the service area roaming around trying to see you a new car that you have to pay more for. Such a trap operation. I paid top premium for my car and I get lousy service. Lessons learned. Stay Japanese or German!
Benny was amazing. He made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.
