1 star is just for the friendly reception. Referred here for diagnosis First appointment was okay, told to write mood diary then have a questionnaire at next app Did my mood diary, the nurse seeing me looked at 1 page then asked me some symptoms wrote them down on paper and gave me a new appointment for a screening test, had the screening test, was told I'd be called up on a certain day to not receive the call at all.
My son asked for a letter to be sent 4 weeks still not received it disgraceful his mental health as deteriorated
Not very good in my opinion.. I had support from them since 2012, haven't heard from them since may 2004, I don't think there bothered, crisis team are hopeless, if your ever in a crisis, they won't help you
Awful place. Terrible care. I transferred to this team to get the help I needed. Instead have had nothing but neglect. I've had my GP, another agency email and call maple leaf telling them I need to be seen as an emergency, on several occasions.This has been ignored every single time. Honestly cant thank the home treatment team enough epscialy rosemary, Lee and Michelle. These 3 have been detrimental in my recovery aswell as Dr Mike. All 4 staff members are so easy to talk to! The centre is always clean and tidy. And I honestly feel without this centre and the care plan I have I wouldnt be here today. When services are soo cut back and loosing funding all the time I know I'm very lucky to have received the ongoing help I am. I honestly cant thank you guys enough!
