They prolonged the mother's and the baby's stay without any proper reason. When I questioned, they discharged us almost immediately. They're stingy on diapers, wipes and formula. The nurse, Kelsey, constantly told us that we cannot take the baby cloths while we never intended to. Infact the other nurse put those cloths as a cushion in our car seat and asked us not to remove it. Some nurses like Esther and Kelley were nice. Thus, the 2 stars.
On Tuesday, March 13th my son decided to join us. My husband and I packed up and headed to the Family Birth Center at Maple Grove Husband at 2:00 AM. From the moment we arrived to the time we were discharged our experience at Maple Grove was exceptional. This is our first child, so we did not know what to expect for labor and delivery, but the Midwives, nurses, and staff at Maple Grove walked us through every step, were encouraging, thoughtful, helpful and made our labor and delivery as great an experience as possible. I was the first person in the emergency room and haven’t been seen but they are seeing others that’s not right at all or unfair
I really miss my North Memorial Midwifery patients and midwife team...seeing familiar patient faces at Willow Midwives made me smile again!!!

I could not possibly be happier with both of my birth experiences at Maple Grove. I am especially blown away by the amazing NICU staff. Those women are beyond amazing! We are especially grateful for our primary nurses, Angel and Anna, that have been taking such amazing care of my babies.
