Not okay! I loved my midwives from Oakdale OBGYN totally amazing but once I got into Postpartum it was the worst 2 days of my life with their staff.
shitty E.R. department security guard was cool but waited untill 7am to get into a room i arrived at 2am and the doctor david brooks well he should of just gave up on being a doctor they dont listen to you and they like to put you in more pain and say i dont see nothing wrong DISCHARGE what shit hole just an overall bad exsperiance
Stay away from the Trauma IOP. The group leader regularly changes the rules. He gaslighted 3 of us claiming he didn’t say things we all said he did. He shuts down question by claiming the participants are just trying to argue. He also notified us that it is not his job to be responsible for our safety and that if there’s an issue he’ll just have escorted to inpatient. Had decent experiences with all 3 of my daughters birth there but after last nights ER experience it just made it all irrelevant. I don’t know if it’s the change in my medical insurance, the color of my skin or if the doctor was just a bitch... I hope no one has to experience putting up with condescending and snide remarks, threatening advice and no explanation on why they want to send the patient to proceed with certain care or testing (patient: my 20 month old daughter).

I have had numerous issues and every attempt to get a systemic problem fixed has been met with a form letter "sorry, we're looking into this", and no further action.
On Tuesday, March 13th my son decided to join us. My husband and I packed up and headed to the Family Birth Center at Maple Grove Husband at 2:00 AM. From the moment we arrived to the time we were discharged our experience at Maple Grove was exceptional.
