Basically thrown in and out! Didn't seem like the Doctor even cared because he was there on a Sunday! In so much pain today and so sick prescribed me for my bronchitis..

What an awesome place! Mari the RN for my boyfriends mom was exceptional the last 2 days!! Highly recommend this hospital to anyone! Great job Maple Grove!!

Brought my 15 year old son in with sever pain 10+. He had surgery at Childrens 3 weeks before. Urgent care doctor said he was constapated we should take him home. We argued with him so he sent us to ER. ER staff was great. They called the surgeon at Children's and consulted with him. 12 hours later my son had emergency surgery at Children's due to complications from surgery. Urgent care staff needs lessons in how to be nice to people. Crabby, mean, snotty Urgent care staff.

Got the worst service there on Tuesday ! I went in about 11:00 with sharp shooting pains In my right side front into my back . Did not see a doc until about 2:30. Then I was pushed ... they were so rushed I finally got a CT scan which they said showed No reason for pain so they hurried to get me sent home ! I have never been treated so crappy by any medical ER ! It is WED late afternoon and I am still in pain !! Was seen by Dr Wilde .

People are friendly and patience, very caring. My first visit and I would return if need too. Took care of daughter, who was the patient excellent. Food was good, could keep dining area cleaner.
