My disapproval is related to Maple Grove Hospital Emergency services, its lack of transparency, irrelevant treatment and charges. In 2018 our we went to get a flue test and prescription of Tamiflu for our 9-year old son. ER denied the test due to limited supply and later imposed a large sum charge for their "service". When I was trying to dispute the charges for ER irrelevant service (we had PA doing basic check-up, no prescriptions or treatment) - the Hospital resisted covering-up their wrong doing. My daughter was born 8/28/18 and of course I didnt have insurance card yet for the 2 week check up...so when the 2 mth check up came, I gave them my insurance cards (plural- we have dual coverage)...I assumed they would go back and submit the 2 week check up bill to insurance...NOPE they didnt submit it and never sent me another bill...instead they sent the $160 charge to a DEBT COLLECTOR! I called to clear things up and I got an "Im sorry there was a glitch in our system" Im fuming...this better not effect my credit score a... read more
I agree with the other posts. Never in my 57 years and 35 years in health care have I seen physicians who don't care and don't listen the way I experienced at North Memorial. Don't go there
It’s heart breaking that you put your trust in a doctor and they could care less. Thank God I put my trust somewhere else. Probably would have been a different story by now. Your hospital really need to look into their cares and the way they treat their patients. It’s really sad and disappointing.
my husband was there 3 times in one day they sent him home with severe abdominal pain. he is on his way to Abbott right now!!!
RecommendedThe staff up front was very Professional. 1 of the staff up front when above and beyond for my child. The staff in the back was very Friendly and professional.
