We had the most amazing birth experience at MGH! All the nurses and other staff far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for all you do! Would recommend a labor and delivery at MGH to anyone.

I just had a major surgery 5 days ago. From the time of check in to check out everyone from the anestholigist to the nurses and doctors made me feel so comfortable during my stay. A big thank you!:)

I have seriously had the best care team and deeply appreciate each and everyone of them. They have cared and worked so hard to help me keep my pain under control, have helped me to keep up my milk supply and encourage my heart when I was so down and distrot. Down to even housekeeping we where so impressed with the full room daily cleaning and then how helpful the meal service was with helping me choose foods that would be beneficial to my situation. I would highly recommended this hospital to everyone

I didn't stay here but my mother did, and the negligence of the staff has my family and I in shock.

If you want to be billed for services you never received and then be told you have to pay them feel free to visit this hospital. We were so excited to have our baby here only to be left with charges for medical services we never received. Just because you can get it by the insurance companies doesn't mean you can get it by your customers. Be careful visiting this hospital even if you have insurance.
