The staff was absolutely amazing ! Very caring . the rooms are very clean & comfortable. I would recommend maple Grove hospital to anyone. Above exhalant service ********

Wow! I loved my experience at Maple Grove Hospital. Kim was an amazing nurse and helped me feel so comfortable through my labor and giving birth! I wish I could have all my babies here

I have been in a few times for false labor or other issues and am due any day to have my baby. I'm four days past due. I had a horrible experience there the nurses didn't know how to to their job and were extremely rude and sarcastic. One nurse even told me I'm not in any pain. They couldn't even check me had no clue what they were doing. They should treat me well even though I haven't been admitted. Just in the ER for incredible pain. Dr. Todd Gengerke said "I don't know what you want me to do about it, I'm just an ER Dr and it's the middle of the night." (He repeated that twice) Then he offered me more pain pills ~ I had already told him I was a recovered alcoholic and that I had tramodol at home. No wonder our Maple Grove community has a drug epidemic. With Drs that will write prescriptions just to get you out... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Great staff and five-star rooms. Very nice selection of meals. They took good care of me.
