Disappointing Policy and Lack of Warning I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I take responsibility for missing two appointments – my fault entirely. However, when I tried to book again, I was told I'd been delisted as an NHS patient and could only book private appointments due to those missed visits. What really got to me was the lack of any warning. A simple text saying something like, "Miss this appointment and you might be delisted," would have been professional and incredibly helpful.
