We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house located in tranquil surroundings. The owners were really friendly and helpful
Lovely accommodation and very fitting for the area
Mansefield House is situated in a truly stunning location. The house has a lovely old victorian feel to it and has a lot of character. Our group especially loved the games room and the kitchen - great places to socialise. And a wonderful garden! Although the weather wasn't great when we were staying sadly. I hate to write this, as we had such a nice time, but the one thing that lets the property down is the damp in certain rooms. Great location with picturesque views, but a few issues with the property itself would lead to not recommending it to others. It is old, smelly, and dirty. Can tell it has not been renovated for a long time, not been cleaned thoroughly (pet hairs downstairs) and many cobwebs on walls. The water pressure is extremely poor in all bathrooms. Very small bed sizes which are not big enough for two adults despite that being what was advertised. Mooi, karakteristiek Schots pand met zitkamer met houtkachel, eetkamer, keuken, 2 badkamers en prima slaapkamers. Alle faciliteiten zijn in orde. Prima voor gezinnen met kinderen of groepen volwassenen. Wel behoorlijk veel lekkage sporen, maar dat geldt voor bijna ieder pand in Schotland. Verhuurders zijn vriendelijk
