Did the overnight stay on a Tuesday deal, so used the spa from 4pm then had a 3 course meal. The food in The Stables was amazing. The indoor pool was out of order for the both days we were there which no one mentioned, and none of the saunas or steam rooms were working on the day we got there. But the outdoor pools were heated and had a swim up bar which was brilliant. Staff all really nice, breakfast good, very chilled out - can’t wait to come back!
Came today for a visit, after paying full price for this spa visit - was told the indoor facilities were out of use. Said we will let you in early to make up for it (7 mins early) comical! Half facilities should be half refund
Stopped off here for a night on the way home from the Lakes. Really lovely. Staff all very helpful and friendly, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff, all lovely. The room was nice - super comfy bed, robes, nespresso - all the features. Shower was a bit disappointing, but it was fine. Spa was nice, completely different from anywhere else we’ve been, mostly because it’s largely outdoor, but really well done.
