Was very nervous about having to restart the gym again. All I can say is my fears were misplaced. The staff are absolutely second to none with their support & encouragement. There’s a good cross section of users who are all very friendly which helps to allay my fears of being body conscious. I look forward to a long association with this outstanding facility

A great, well equipped gym. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and beyond helpful. Wide range of ages in gym users but not a body beautiful intimidating atmosphere like alot of gyms. Equipment is top class and all facilities are great. Clearly alot of time, thought, money and care has been spent on creating a fantastic place - join you won't regret it!

Gym is well equipped, lovely relaxed atmosphere and covers all abilities whether you are a gym newbie or hard core gym goer. There is a great range of classes throughout the week including day and into the evenings whether it’s boxing, circuit training or Pilates and yoga. There’s loads to choose from ! Really good gym that has modern equipment and a sauna/steam room. The TechnoGym equipment connects to the app to keep track of your progress. Would highly recommend
