Mannix Heating has been looking after my home for many years and always responds promptly to my request for service. Recently, Fortis installed a new gas meter, and the installation caused some gas leaks. I emailed Ray at Mannix in the afternoon of the meter installation about the leak and Ray responded to my email and called me to schedule his service immediately. Couldn't get the AC working in 30+ heat. Ray responded quickly and had it repaired, all done from calling in repair in <2hr. Took time to talk me though the entire system to show me how to save money.
We have a rather sophisiticated Hybrid solar domestic hot water system at our house in West Vancouver. It includes evacuated tube solar panels that heat water in a storage tank with an on demand tankelss water heater that automatically takes over when the solar does not produce enough hot water on its own. We had RAY of Mannix Heating install a replacement hot water heater today . He was a delight to deal with ,did an excellent job and was very efficient . Also his analysis of the problem with the old tank and our subsequent discussions with Mannix were very professional.
